Emarie - Veterinary Assistant

I was born in Port Orchard, Washington, and spent most of my childhood there.

I would regularly visit my family in Spokane, Washington, and work on a farm, where I developed my love for animals. On their farm, I helped care for a variety of domestic animals and some wild animals as well. I originally went to university to become a nurse but found that I couldn't ignore my passion for helping animals. Now I'm working to grow my expertise and create a career path in the field of veterinary medicine.

I currently live with my fur baby, D'artagnan "Dart," who is a miniature labradoodle. He is a food hound, and his grandparents love to spoil him, so we're currently working on his weight loss. Dart loves to curl up on the couch with me and distract me with chin kisses as I try to read or practice my embroidery.
